Founded in 2004, Options360 began when two women became concerned about the increase of unplanned pregnancies in their growing community and a lack of local services to address women’s needs. The first clinic offered free pregnancy testing and parenting classes. After opening, they immediately saw the need to add medical services and began offering free ultrasounds in 2006. In 2007, they opened a second facility in the Orchards area of Vancouver, and in 2009 a third clinic was opened near downtown Vancouver.

In 2012, Options360 was accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, Inc. (AAAHC), a third-party agency of licensed healthcare professionals who audit our clinic every three years and review the clinic’s ongoing self-evaluation, peer review, and education to continuously improve care and services. Options360 AAAHC reaccreditation status has been successfully renewed every year with our next reaccreditation visit scheduled for 2027.

In 2020 Options360 consolidated into a single location, closing the Battle Ground clinic in May to operate exclusively from the Vancouver WalMart/I-205 clinic. We also launched fertility awareness services and prenatal consultations. In January 2021, we relocated from the Walmart shopping center to our new clinic on Main Street in Vancouver.
